Scott v2.0 asked:

I am new to this whole wine thing. I am cooking homemade baked ziti for my boyfriend this friday night. What kind of wine would go good with that? Something that tastes good to a couple of beginners and will have a positive impact on the rest of the evening.

Attention all Italiano’s?

Wednesday, December 17th, 2008
Soldier’sWife asked:

I am making baked ziti tomorrow night for dinner for my Italian husband. I have a few recipes, however, some of them are all a bit different. Some are saying to pour sauce first, then ziti, ricotto, and mozzarella. Then some are saying mix sauce with ziti, then pour ricotto and mozzarella. They are all a tad bit different. Which way do you prefer to pour all the ingredients in and how do you bake your baked ziti. Thanks a bunches.

Baked pastas?

Monday, December 8th, 2008
retzy asked:

Is there any way to go wrong? I couldn’t find any recipes online that I liked so I figured I’d make one up. Does this recipe sound ok?

Cooked ziti covered with tomato sauce (probably canned), mushrooms, zucchini, then topped with shredded cheeses (Parmesan, Mozzarella, Provolone, and Romano) and a dash of Italian spices.

Any suggestions? (We’re vegetarian)
