why am i so hungry?

i had a bowl of rice crispy cereal for breakfast fries for lunch baked ziti at like 2:00-2:15 then i had some sausage my brother BBQ-ed and now im eating Quakes rice snacks. I feel like im eating so much but im sooo hungry. WHY IS THIS AND HOW CAN I CONTROLLMY APITITE?
ive already gone through pberty, im 15 ive been done growing for like 6 months
