Owned and operated by Barry Gardener, this isn’t your run-of-the-mill pizza shop. Bring your kids for family fun and dine-in. Kids love their game room! Calzones, stromboli, pasta and much more are tastefully prepared and delivered. Visit us http://www.yellowpages.com/info-3085687/Franks-Roman-Pizza

Got a recipe that calls for 1/2 lb of ziti. To me, that means 8 oz, which is 1 cup. Am I correct?

A cup of pasta simply doesn’t sound like very much food….it’s for a lasagna-type dish for an 8×8 baking dish. Thanks, all.

Any baking tips?

Luca asked:

I am pretty new to cooking so I don’t have much experience. I was just wondering if there are any tips or ways to avoid a dry top when baking. I’ve recently tried baking ziti and macaroni and cheese and both times the top layer of the pasta gets dry and kind of hard. Should I cover it? Any advice would be really appreciated…thanks!!!
